Os Dub Incorporation começaram a sua carreira no ano de 1997.A sua história é muito similar à história de outras bandas; é sobre um grupo de amigos que partilhavam a mesma paixão pela música e assim em certa medida para celebrar esse amor que tinham nutriam pela música resolveram juntar-se, e formaram uma das bandas do momento.O backround e as influências musicais diversificadas de cada membro estão na origem de um sonoridade muito distinta e original deste colectivo que é muito mais do que uma simples banda de reggae francesa. Sonoridades tão diversificadas que vão desde as melodias e ritmos tradicionais do este, passando pelo hip-hop e o electro-dub, resultam num som refrescante.O seu primeiro Ep “Incorporation 1.1”, viu a luz do dia no ano de 1999, e logo despertou a curiosidade das pessoa, quando o segundo Ep “Version 1.2” saiu em 2001 conseguiu a proeza de catapultar a banda para fora da sua região Saint-Etienne, e abriu-lhes a porta para os concertos em todo o país e consequentemente trouxe o reconhecimento por parte da imprensa.Assim era uma questão de tempo até sair o primeiro álbum, o que aconteceu no ano de 2003, com “Diversite” distribuído por Productions Spéciales, o que de uma vez por todas trouxe reconhecimento das massas e da impressa em geral.2006 É o ano do segundo álbum, “Dans le décor” e a confirmação do enorme talento deste conjunto.“Dub Incorporation Live” o cd é o resultado da tournée de 2006 pela França, destacando-se as boas vibrações que os Dub Inc transmitem aos seus fãs, em puros momentos de intimidade.

Desmond Dekker - The Writing on the Wall [196x]

De Soldador a astro do Reggae. Desmond Adolphus Dacres, nascido em Kingston no dia 16 de julho de 1941.Era comum Dekker, em seu trabalho, cantar músicas, no qual seus amigos gostavam e acabaram o encorajando a participar de um teste para a Studio One de Coxsone Dodd, e a Treasure Island de Duke Reid.Mas foi no selo de Leslie Kong junto com Derick Morgan. Com o apoio de Morgan, Dekker conseguiu ser contratado, mas não pode gravar até 1963, pois Leslie Kong estava esperando Desmond achar a música perfeita. E foi com a música "Honour Your Father And Mother" (Faixa de Abertura desse álbum) que isso aconteceu. A música se tornou sucesso e em seguida vieram "Sinners Come Home" e "Labour For Learning". Foi nessa época que Desmond trocou seu sobrenome de Dacres para Dekker. O hit que veio em seguida foi "King Of Ska", no qual ele contou com a ajuda dos Maytals nos backingvocals.

Esse álbum é um compilado de uma fase anterior aos clássicos massivamente conhecidos, sendo basicamente formado pelo Ska. E mostra um pouco mais da história desse, que foi, um dos maiores nomes na musica Jamaicana e Britânica.
